What it is

• A private captained boat for your group only — pick the boat and the trip length, with hourly departures from 8:30 every day
• Four boats: the Fun Boat (20-ft, up to 6), the 22-ft Miami Boat (up to 6, from $360), the best-selling 29-ft Giant Comfort SeaRay (up to 11, from $485), and the 34-ft Saxdor Luxury Boat (up to 10, 4–8 hour trips from $1,490)
• Three headline private tours on the comfort boat — Raccoon Island (3h), Miami Skyline (3h) and Haulover Sandbar (4h) — priced per trip like the rentals
• Every charter is a bareboat rental: you hire the captain directly — USCG rules — and we route that payment online, separately and legally

How Ouipool works

1. 1Start a pool and pick a date and time slot that works for your crew
2. 2Share the link — friends commit their share with a card authorization
3. 3When the pool fills, cards are charged and you’re booked. If it doesn’t, every authorization vanishes — nobody fronts the full amount

Good to know

• The captain fee ($40/hr) is a separate charge that goes directly to the captain’s own account — that’s the USCG bareboat rule working for you: no dock cash, no Venmo chase
• Split it your way: everyone’s card is only authorized until the group fills and the operator confirms — decline or expiry releases everyone, nobody is charged
• Cancellation: full refund 7+ days out, 50% at 3–7 days, none within 3 days. Weather is the captain’s call — reschedules for 28mph+ winds or storms; typical Miami rain goes out
• Over 9 guests on the Giant Comfort Boat adds $50/person, settled with the operator
