OuiPool Terms of Service

OuiPool lets a group split a venue booking. Your card is authorized when you commit — you are charged only if the pool fills before its deadline. If the pool does not fill, the authorization is released and you pay nothing.

The price you accept at checkout is all-in: the venue total plus the OuiPool service fee. Flexible pools are authorized at the ceiling price and the final per-share price can only go down as more people join.

Organizers are responsible for the pools they create: accurate details, the group they invite, and the group's conduct at the venue.
